As I said last year -- this one is complicated.  Which means I am even more than usually grateful and impressed with whatever crossover you happen to devise in fulfillment of this exchange.  (I am in some awe of the folk running this particular venture, because I suspect the matching -- even with AO3's automated engine in play -- is more than usually interesting.)  Still -- this exchange is very much made for me, as I am nothing if not a serious crossover geek.  Thank you very much for volunteering for this madness, and specifically for your willingness to indulge my particular cross-fannish sensibilities.

Anyhow.  Per the usual form of these things, here's a cut, because this is going to be even longer than usual.

General Notes:
If you are a regular reader of my "Dear [insert exchange-specific nom de fic here]" letters, parts of these next paragraphs may sound familiar.  My tastes in fic are wide and eclectic -- I read and enjoy gen, het, and slash (both flavors) at all ratings and have very few outright squicks aside from noncon, incest, and adult-child kink, but I am not typically attracted to stories for erotic content or angst quotient.  Rather, I like good characterization, authentic-sounding dialogue, effectively sneaky plotting, and well-developed wit.  I am equally intrigued by clever use of canon and thoughtfully developed AUs, and I am disturbingly fond of crossovers [obvious much?] and well-woven meta threads.

As to romance: where crossovers are concerned, I'm hardly ever drawn to write one for pairing-related purposes, and within individual fandoms I normally gravitate to canon-consistent pairings -- but in the crossovers I read, I've been wowed by a startling range of intriguing cross-fannish relationships (up to and including Buffy Summers and a Ninja Turtle).  That said, I add the observation that in my book, well-sustained UST (heavy on the T) is often as good as or better than actual sex, in crossovers as well as canonical relationships.

And it's definitely true that my own writing also reflects the kinds of things I like to read; my AO3 archive is here, and you're welcome to prowl.

Due to the sheer number of fandoms and combinations involved, I have not tried to give specific prompts for every potential match.  (If you find yourself needing more guidance on a particular combo, contact the mods per Yuletide protocol, and I'll be happy to amplify.) OTOH, for larger and more sprawling canons I've noted the sub-canons with which I'm most familiar, so that (I hope!) you'll be able to focus on those if that's where our match lies.  Where I do give prompts/suggestions, the Optional Details Are Optional rule applies; if your own muse has spawned a Diabolically Clever Idea all on its own, you are totally welcome to indulge said muse rather than following my trails of breadcrumbs.

Canon-Specific Notes:

Agent Carter: At this writing I have seen the full first TV season but not the one-shot (I know, that's totally strange, but there it is).

Buffy the Vampire Slayer: I am not conversant with the post-series comics.

Castle: Any pairings should be canon-consistent with four notable exceptions.  I'm definitely open to seeing Martha as having had a prior (or current) relationship with a crossover or original character.  I'm also open to seeing an (age/experience-consistent) relationship -- either het or slash, so long as it's well-developed -- between Alexis and a crossover or original character.  I am strongly biased against Pi.  And "Jackson Hunt" is not Castle's father, no matter what canon says about it.

Doctor Who: I came into the fandom via Three, Four, and (especially) Five, but I'm conversant with the full classic canon from One through Seven plus Eight's movie. I have seen Nine's full run and a good bit of Ten's plus the first season of Sarah Jane Adventures, but have yet to catch up on Eleven or see anything of Twelve, and I am not conversant with any of the Big Finish audio material (darnit!).  I am an unabashed fan of Anthony Ainley's Master, was underwhelmed by the whole Rose Tyler arc, and pretty much skipped Torchwood.

Leverage: I have seen most of the series over-the-air and read a good deal of fic, but do not assume that I'll pick up on recurring or guest characters or arcs not closely focused on the main cast.

MCU: I have seen all the films except the first Captain America movie (bad me, no biscuit!), up through Age of Ultron, plus the first season of Agents of SHIELD and all of Agent Carter (except her one-shot; see above).  I have most of S2 of Agents of SHIELD on DVR, but whether I'll actually get around to screening those before Win10 wipes out my Media Center software is an open question.

NCIS: I have fallen behind on canon since Agents of SHIELD premiered; thus I have seen very little of Bishop and Dorneget, and am not at all current on either McGee's or Tony's romantic lives in the post-Ziva era.  OTOH, I'm pretty good with continuity all the way up to Ziva's exit (though I was not happy with the way that was handled, and if your crossover postulates an alternative to that exit scenario, I will absolutely not object).

SG-1: I am conversant with the full series plus the two post-series movies, though my viewing of the last couple of seasons was rather scattershot (loved Vala, didn't care for the Ori at all).

Star Trek: I'm conversant with all the canonical TV series from TOS through Enterprise, plus all of the feature films (but let's just ignore the Abrams duo, shall we), and I have read most of the TOS- and TNG-era novels plus a liberal sprinkling of the post-DS9 "extended continuity" novel material.  I am a particular fan of Diane Duane's "Rihannsu" novels if your interests and muse happen to swing that way, but that's way out into optional territory.

Young Wizards: I have and enjoy both the original and New Millennium texts plus most of the "extra" short pieces; feel free to use whichever continuity you need to make a crossover/fusion work.

REQUEST #1: Buffy, Castle, SG-1, Tomorrowland

Most of the possible crossover hooks for this group seem fairly straightforward.  I'd observe that if Castle is in play, an Alexis-centric piece would work with any of the three prospects (although in the case of Castle/Tomorrowland, a back story piece in which Athena crosses paths with any of our principals -- especially Martha or Castle -- might work well).

REQUEST #2: Leverage, NCIS, Tomorrowland, Young Wizards

I admit it; I'm hoping here for one of the many highly improbable combos to strike gold, though I will absolutely not be disappointed with Leverage/NCIS if that happens to be the match -- and I'd be really curious to see the results of Gibbs and Nate and their respective teams finding themselves up against one another.  Give just about anyone a Tomorrowland pin, throw genuine wizardry into the works in one of Gibbs' or Nate's cases...this one is all about letting the possibilities work themselves out.

REQUEST #3: Agent Carter, Castle, Sky High, Tomorrowland

And here, there are no mundane options; either the Castle characters are going to have their horizons expanded like whoa, or one set of super-principals is going to run into another with Interesting Consequences.  Having Agent Carter be back story for Sky High rather than back story for the traditional MCU could lead to some fascinating places; tossing Howard Stark into Tomorrowland's Plus Ultra, ditto.  (The Eiffel Tower rocket could really easily be a Stark design, couldn't it?)

REQUEST #4: Doctor Who, MCU, NCIS, Tomorrowland

By now you may be picking up a pattern -- yes, I have definitely drunk the Tomorrowland Kool-Aid®.  And again, there are no purely mundane options.  In this case either we blow Gibbs' team's minds (in a good way, one hopes), or we wade seriously into time travel and alternate universes (because all three of the SFnal canons are seriously into those).  The canons here are big enough that I'll toss out a few thoughts: for Who/MCU, it would be fun (if potentially catastrophic) to see Loki cross paths and/or swords with the Master, or to drop almost any Doctor into either the Agent Carter or Thor orbits.  For Who/NCIS -- a DiNozzo-centric adventure strikes me as having the most comic potential (especially if DiNozzo Sr. were in play, and even more especially if things got cracktastic enough to bring in some of Robert Wagner's other series characters, though both of those are way optional), whereas a Ziva-centric piece could be the most emotionally challenging.  For Who/Tomorrowland...might the Doctor have had a hand in founding Plus Ultra, or might Governor Nix be an incarnation of the Master?

REQUEST #5: Castle, Narnia, Star Trek, Tomorrowland

Here we have the wildest cluster of the lot -- and yet, I think there's potential for nifty stuff in this grouping.  Perhaps a certain significant wardrobe has come down through Martha Rodgers' family (or Beckett's, or even Ryan's).  Perhaps there's a way into Tomorrowland -- or onto Vulcan, or the Romulan or Klingon homeworlds -- from the Wood Between the Worlds.  Could Zefrem "inventor of warp drive" Cochrane have done some of his early work in Tomorrowland?  And then again, possibly Q is simply feeling mischievous and decides to do some cross-pollinating.  (As cracktastic as that last bit sounds, I suspect even Q might not be wholly prepared to go toe to toe with Aslan....)
