graycardinalThe good news: I'm better than 2K words into my Yuletide assignment. The bad news: there's at least that much to go. OTOH, I know where it's going, right down to certain twists fitting much more closely than I originally thought they would (a decision I made largely for comic effect at the outset turns out to dovetail neatly into a key plot point). Have also put myself into the pool for this year's Fandom Stocking; my own stocking is here, should anyone have a spare moment between more formal challenges. (Note to newcomers, especiallytwilight2000 : this one is not an exchange as such, and is not hooked to AO3. However, if you choose to play, you may want to create a viewing filter or two for your journal so that the 200-plus stocking posts only show up on your reading page when you want them to....)
